2022 Price Update & Cancellation Policy



Price List Update - 2022

Effective from 4th April 2022


I would like start by sending out a personal thank you for the ongoing love and support I have received from my loyal client base since opening BENJAMINROSSHAIR in 2020.


Unfortunately due to the increasing costs from suppliers, utilities and the general increase in the rate of inflation. I have had no other choice than to make some minor changes to improve the services I am able to offer, one of which is a small increase in prices to most of the services I offer.


I have also made improvements and streamlined some of the services I previously offered, which aims to make your booking experiences easily managed using the FRESHA App.


** Appointment Bookings and Management can still be completed directly

with myself as before.**

Cancellation Policy - 2022

Effective from 4th April 2022



Your appointments at BENJAMINROSSHAIR are very important to me, however I do understand that there will be occasions where you may need to change or cancel your appointment.


Your time and mine is precious so I kindly ask that you please understand that without enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill your cancelled appointment. This means as an independent small business this would negatively impact the business financially and other clients may also miss the opportunity to book services at

BENJAMINROSSHAIR too.



I therefore respectfully ask for where possible that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given for cancellations or up to 50% of your total bill may be chargeable.


For any "No Shows" or "Repeated" cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, up to 100% of your total bill may be chargeable.
